Remove a listing

Found your practice or service on ORCAA and want it taken down? Tell us here.

Some ORCAA Connect listings are compiled from public Australian Government registers, so your service may appear here without you having created it. If you’d rather not be listed, we’ll remove it.

To protect providers, removal isn’t instant: we first check that the request really comes from the provider (or someone authorised to act for them), then delist and confirm by email. Removed listings stay removed — our data refreshes won’t re-create them.

We verify every request before acting on it, so a listing can't be removed by someone who doesn't represent the provider.
