Terms of Service
Last updated July 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ORCAA Connect (the “Service”), operated by ORCAA. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
ORCAA Connect is a directory that helps families find and contact aged care, disability and allied health providers across Australia. Provider information is drawn from public government registers and from providers who claim and verify their own listing. Listings are ranked by relevance, never by paid placement.
2. No professional advice
The Service provides information only. It is not medical, legal, or financial advice and is not a recommendation of any provider. You are responsible for satisfying yourself that a provider is suitable, appropriately registered, and insured before engaging them.
3. Verification and listings
“Verified” and “Registered” badges indicate the checks ORCAA has performed at a point in time (for example, confirming professional registration or an ABN, or that a provider appears on a government register). Badges are not a guarantee of quality, availability, or ongoing compliance. Provider details may change; we do not warrant that all information is current or accurate.
4. Enquiries
When you send an enquiry, your details are shared with the provider you selected so they can respond. We are not a party to any agreement you make with a provider and are not responsible for the services they deliver.
5. Provider accounts and subscriptions
Providers may claim a listing and subscribe to paid plans. Paid plans may include a free trial that converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled. Fees, billing intervals and trial terms are shown at checkout. All fees are in Australian dollars and include GST. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Consumer search is free.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by scraping or bulk-extracting data, submitting false information, impersonating others, or using enquiries for spam or unsolicited marketing.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its content and branding, is owned by ORCAA or its licensors. Government-sourced data is used under the terms of the relevant public licence and remains the property of its source.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to those rights, ORCAA is not liable for loss arising from your use of the Service or your dealings with any provider.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
